• Booking Deposit
  A reservation must be guaranteed with a payment of 30% of the total cost. The balance is due upon arrival.

• Security Deposit
  A 200€ refundable cash deposit is to be given to the property owner upon arrival.
  Should there be damage inflicted to the property which exceeds 200€, the tenant(s) will be held responsible and liable for the full cost of the damage.

• Cancellations and refunds
  A reservation cancelled 3 months or more before the arrival date will incur a 10€ administration fee.
  A cancellation made between 3 and 1 month prior to the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking deposit (15% of the total cost).
  If a cancellation is made 30 days or less prior to the arrival date the booking deposit is non-refundable. The same applies to a no-show.
  Early departure results in a charge of 100% of the total cost.

• During the stay
  All villas are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed on the verandas.
  The tenant will be responsible for any damages to the property that might occur during the stay.
